2 ripe avocadoes – chopped |

Mix chopped avocadoes, tomatoes & cilantro together & toss gently. Sprinkle with salt & freshly ground pepper. Squeeze over a bit of lime or lemon juice, then drizzle with some olive oil. Toss gently again. |
