| Ingredients: | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
2 cups chopped up kosher hot dogs 8 oz. cheddar cheese chopped or cut fine 1 cup celery chopped fine ¼ cup onions chopped fine ¼ cup chopped pickle relish ¼ cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoon spicy brown mustard Optional: Crisp Bacon Bits to sprinkle on top |

Cut long rolls lengthwise in halves. Scoop out a bit of roll, leaving a shell type roll. Crumble the scooped out bread with the above ingredients. Heap ½ cup of mixture on roll and replace top roll.
Preheat oven 350°. Place rolls on cookie sheet and bake 35-40 minutes or wrap in foil and bake or put on barbeque grill.
This can be made in advance.
