A Better Bananas Foster

Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium high.
Add agave nectar.
Add butter substitute.
When spread is melted, add cinnamon
Place split banana in pan face down.
Add almonds.
Heat for three-four minutes on medium heat until agave nectar caramelizes and banana is hot and very soft to the touch.
Place banana on serving plate and add a dollop of whipped cream (optional) Garnish with plate with strawberry slices and sprinkle bananas with a few almonds and a pinch of cinnamon to really give it some pizzazz!
