5 lbs. mussels, scrubbed & debearded |

|
Place mussels in a large pot. Add remaining ingredients, with the exception of the pasta. Cover pot tightly. Bring liquid to a boil, and cook mussels over high heat for 5-8 minutes. Place hot, cooked pasta in a large, shallow serving bowl. Remove mussels from shells and arrange on pasta, using the liquid as sauce.
