Dungeness Crab With Pasta |

3/4 lb. angel hair pasta |

Cook pasta per package directions. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil and hot pepper sauce over moderate heat for 1 minute. Add garlic & ginger. Cook about 30 seconds, stirring often. Add vegetables and cook, stirring often, for about 4 minutes, until they are tender crisp, not quite cooked through. In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in soy sauce. Add mixture to skillet and stir. Add rice wine vinegar and crabmeat to skillet and stir to combine. Add cooked and drained pasta to sauce in pan and toss to combine. Serve immediately. |
