Grilled Seafood Steaks With Citrus Butter

1 tablespoon softened butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon each lemon & lime juice
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 1/4 lbs. of tuna or shark, cut into 4 equal pieces


Combine butter, oil, juice, and pepper in small bowl. Place fish on hot grill. Spread some citrus butter on each piece. Grill for 5 minutes. Turn sand spread remaining butter on fish. Grill 4-6 minutes more. Serve with lemon and lime slices.
