Ingredients:

2 regular size flour tortillas (7" diameter)
1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded Colby cheese, divided
1/4 cup refried beans
3 tablespoons Mexican corn, drained
1 tablespoon medium or hot salsa

Preparation:

Place one tortilla on microwavable plate. Sprinkle with half the cheese. Place second tortilla on top of cheese. Spread refried beans over tortillas. Sprinkle corn over beans. Top with salsa, then remaining cheese. Microwave on High 1-12 minutes, turning once. Serve immediately.
