1 lb. ground beef |

Combine beef, sausage, bread crumbs, salt, tomato paste, herbs, and egg. Shape into 1½" balls. Brown meatballs in skillet in hot shortening. Reduce heat to low, and cook about 10 minutes, or until tender., Serve over cooked noodles with Mushroom Sauce. Makes 18 meatballs, about 6 servings. Mushroom Sauce |
