Savory Steak

Score both sides of steak 1/3" deep in diamond pattern. Place in large plastic food storage bag. Pour in mixture of remaining ingredients. Press out air. Close top securely. Marinate 15 minutes. Turn bag over occasionally. Reserving marinade, remove steak. Broil 3 minutes. Turn over. Brush with reserved marinade. Broil 4 minutes longer for rare, or to desired doneness. To serve, slice along grain into thin slices.
