But I didn't know about keeping the pasta and grains in the freezer in warm weather. That's a new tip that I can really use. I always have those little flying things in the summer.

My mother is always quoting Rachael to me about this: Put the walnuts in the freezer or they'll lose all their oil! And of course, they're both right!
