I had a wonderful Chicken Waterzooi in Ghent recently. It was a cream and egg based "stew" with chicken and vegetables. It was incredible. Our server informed us that in Ghent, Waterzooi always contains chicken and that other regions have their own versions. She added that for towns closer to the sea, Fish Waterzooi is popular. Does anyone have other recipes for Waterzooi? Thank you!
