2 Tablespoon olive oil |

|
Sauté garlic, shallots and chili flakes in olive oil over high heat. Add capers, olives and anchovies. Add calamari. Cook until calamari turns white around the edges and remove before it becomes "rubber-like." Add roasted tomatoes and marinara sauce. Boil pasta. Pour drained pasta into skillet. Coat pasta in sauce. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedge. |
