10 shallots, peeled and thinly sliced |

| Sauté shallots in water until browned, about 10 minutes. Cool. Mince all ingredients, and mix together. Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and let stand at least 1 hour before serving. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
