I just heard about the health benefits of black garlic. It apparently does not taste like white garlic but rather like raisins. Does anyone have any recipes using black garlic? I haven't seen it sold, but I'm going to check Wegmans and Whole Foods.

I just bought some at Dean & Deluca in NYC. It's also huge in Japan right now. I haven't tried using it yet, though!
