Last night, at Zorba's Grill in Baltimore (Think "Diners, Drive ins and Dives")  I had my first quail.....What a surprise....It reminded me of the Chicken Under a Brick I had in Florence, except, of course, so much smaller....Does anyone have any recipes for quail or, sources?  Cheers!!
