Roast Carrots

Description:
This is so simple that I hesitate to call it a "recipe!"  It is the favorite veggie of everyone in our family. 
Ingredients:
Carrots
Olive Oil
Freshly Ground Pepper
Sea Salt
Preparation:
Combine the above.  I prefer fresh carrots with the greens.  Trim Carrots, leaving 3 inches of greens on each.  Roast the carrots, coated with olive oil and salted and peppered at 375 until soft and caramelized...They are so sweet and perfect with turkey!!
