| Description: | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| This is such a traditional English dish for leftovers. Cedric made us this recipe and we were so surprised when we enjoyed it so much. However, there is no specific recipe when it comes to Bubble and Squeak! The two traditional igregients are leftover potatoes and cabbage. Any leftover vegetable or meat can be added. The food will bubble up" when fried with high heat and will make a "squeaking" sound as it fries. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
