1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 cups milk, divided 1 package (4-serving size) lemon flavor instant pudding & pie filling 1 tablespoons lemon juice 1 graham cracker pie crust 10 medium fresh strawberries, sliced, divided 1/2 cup fresh blueberries |

In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually beat in 1/2 cup of milk. Add pudding mix and remaining milk. Mix for 1 to 2 minutes or until combined. Stir in lemon juice. Spread in crust. Reserve 3 strawberry slices. Place remaining strawberries in circle around outer edge of pie, overlapping edges as necessary. Use blueberries to form circle on pie inside of strawberry ring. Place reserved strawberry slices in center. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set. Store in refrigerator. |
