Shrimp On A Stick |

2 lbs. peeled & deveined shrimp 1 cup club soda 1/2 cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons lime juice 2 teaspoons ginger 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic clove |

| Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and marinate 3-4 hours in refrigerator. Drain shrimp. Reserve marinade. Thread 2 lb. of shrimp onto each of 4 skewers, allowing 1" between shrimp. Place skewers on a large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil and place on rack. Grill, 2" from heat source, 7 minutes on each side. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
