4 halibut fillets, about 8 ounces each 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 cedar plank, soaked in water for 30 minutes |

| Preparation: | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Preheat grill for medium heat. Rub salt, and black pepper on halibut fillets. Put fish on cedar plank and place on the grill. Allow fish to cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and serve with chopped fresh herbs and tomatoes on top. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
