Season Cast Iron Skillet?

Hi.



What is the best way to season a new cast iron skillet?  And how do you clean it?  Thanks!

Heat up some oil slowly, let it soak in well, drain and them just wipe carefully with paper towel. Never wash with soapy water, only with clean water to retain oil finish...
