Tuna Steaks With Ginger

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Light Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Dark Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tablespoons Minced Fresh Ginger
1 Green Onion, Sliced
4 (8-10 oz.) Yellowfin Tuna Steaks
Preparation:
For marinade, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, garlic, ginger and green onion.

Place thawed tuna steaks in a glass or ceramic dish. Brush both sides of the Tuna with marinade. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes, turning once.

Preheat grill to medium. Grease grill rack. Grill fish until it flakes with a fork (allow 4-6 minutes per 1/2 inch thickness), turning once halfway through. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
