Seafood Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
1 pound Medium Shells, Elbow Macaroni or other medium pasta shape, uncooked
2 6 1/8-oz. cans white albacore tuna, packed in water, drained
1 10-oz. package frozen peas, thawed
2 cups snowpeas, trimmed and blanched in boiling water for 30 seconds, or 1 10-oz. package frozen snowpeas, thawed
3 stalks celery, halved lengthwise and sliced
1 8-oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 tablespoons seafood seasoning
1/2 cup 1%-fat buttermilk
1/4 cup non-fat or low-fat sour cream
1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/4 cup lime juice
1-4 drops hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta, tuna, peas, snowpeas, celery and water chestnuts. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Mix dressing with pasta mixture and stir to combine. Serve chilled.
