Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar

Strawberries, with their red color and heart shape have long been associated with love. You will certainly be passionate about the wonderful taste combination of strawberries and balsamic vinegar, popular in romantic Italy. Makes a perfect appetizer, too.

Rinse the strawberries in cold water and drain, but leave on the stems and top leaves. Arrange on a serving plate.
Just prior to serving sprinkle with the balsamic vinegar and top with the light brown sugar.
