Pistachio & Pear Pasta |

1 package of rigatoni pasta 1 stalk of celery, chopped 1 large pear, diced 1 tablespoons of vodka 2 tablespoons of pistachios, chopped 1/4 cup of gorgonzola 1/2 lemon 2 tablespoons of butter 1 tablespoons of sugar salt and pepper water |

Boil salted water for the pasta. Sauté the celery and pear with the sugar, butter and vodka for 5 minutes. Add the pistachios and simmer for another 3 minutes. Boil the pasta. Strain the pasta and mix it in a large bowl with the pear sauté. Crumble the Gorgonzola cheese over top and squeeze the lemon over top the pasta. Mix well. |
