1 lb thick mahi mahi fillets, chopped into chunks 1 can minced clams 1 1/2 lb shrimp, uncooked, shelled 1 lb fresh crabmeat (you can use frozen) 4 large fresh tomatoes, chopped into fourths (you can use canned tomatoes, 1 can) 1 large onion, chopped 1/2 cup green chilies, chopped 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1/4 cup olive oil 2 cups dry white wine 1 tablespoon orange peel, grated 1 1/2 cup orange juice 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, snipped 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves, dried 2 teaspoons seafood seasoning 1 can chicken broth |

| Cook and stir onion, chilies, and garlic in oil in 6-quart Dutch oven until onion is tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except seafood. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Carefully stir in seafood. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer until shrimp are pink and fish flakes easily with fork, about 5 minutes. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
