Spring Chai Tea |

1 bag peppermint tea 1 bag green tea 1/2 teaspoon freshly minced lemon zest 2 dashes ground cardamom 1 dash cayenne (for background heat, or more to your taste) honey 1-2 sprigs fresh cilantro |

Pile everything into an oversized, 16 oz tea or coffee mug and pour boiling water over. Allow to steep for a few minutes, then remove tea bags and cilantro sprigs, leaving in everything else (the lemon zest will fall to the bottom of the mug). |
