Grilled Pork Chops with Corn-Pepper Relish |

6 pork chops (1-1/2 to 2 lbs.) 1 cup chopped cucumber 1 (10 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 red pepper, chopped 1 cup Italian Dressing, divided |

Place chops on greased grill over medium-hot coals. Grill 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning every 4 minutes and brushing with 1/2 cup of the dressing. Mix cucumber, corn, red pepper and remaining dressing. Serve with chops. |
