Basic Marinara Sauce

Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 1/2 cups canned crushed tomatoes (about 1/2 of 28 oz. can)
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Preparation:
In small saucepan cook garlic and red pepper in olive oil for 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes and basil. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Stir in parsley.
