Blue Cheese Burgers |

1 tablespoon olive oil 1 large red onion, thinly sliced 1/4 teaspoon crushed dried thyme 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 1/4 lb extra-lean ground beef 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup crumbled Roquefort cheese 4 hamburger buns |

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, thyme and salt. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until onion is tender and lightly browned. Remove from pan; keep warm. Mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce and cheese. Shape into 4 patties. Add to skillet. Brown on medium-high heat 4 minutes per side. Reduce heat and continue to cook until done (160° F), about 1 minute per side. Arrange patties in buns and top with reserved onion mixture. |
