How do you grill calamari without ending up with rubber?

Pierre - Here's my advice after some bitter failures. The trick is to grill it on very high heat for a very short time - like about 2 minutes on each side. If it isn't blackened, take it off anyway. It will still be tasty. Hope this helps.
