1 cup plain low-fat yogurt 1 large garlic clove, minced 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crumbled 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 1/3 cup Kasseri cheese, shredded |

Whisk first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and let stand 30 minutes. Preheat broiler. Line broiler pan with foil. Remove chicken from marinade in bowl. Broil chicken 6 minutes. Turn chicken over. Brush with reserved marinade. Sprinkle with Kasseri and broil until chicken is cooked through, about 4 minutes. Transfer to plates. Garnish with parsley and serve. |
