Ever made homemade cheese? Well if you want to give it a go, you should watch Chef Sanjay Thumma's demonstration for Indian Paneer Cheese. It only has a few ingredients, and it's done in under two hours. It's popular in Northern Indian dishes, and while it isn't very tasty on its own, it is spectacular with a whole variety of sauces and vegetables.
